Jill Zimmerman Rutledge M.S.W., LCSW has given presentations on young women's issues, including body image, eating disorders, and stress management, for over 20 years.  She is a popular speaker, and gives presentations to middle school and high school students, parent groups, teacher groups, and professionals.  Jill has also been a guest lecturer at The School of Social Work at Loyola University of Chicago, National Louis University, and The University of Chicago.

December 1, 2016:  Jill gave a presentation on Healthy Relationships to the Vail Ski and Snowboard Academy in Minturn CO.

May 7, 2014: Jill presented an inservice training, "The Treatment of Eating Disorders," to the staff at Mind Spring Health Services, Vail, CO.

November 1, 2012: Jill presented a staff inservice at LINKS, a youth counseling agency in Northfield, IL. Jill spoke about teen stress, eating disorders, and cutting.

September 11, 2009, Jill presented a workshop on teen body image at the Illinois National Association of Social Workers Statewide Conference at the Holiday Inn, Chicago Mart Plaza, Chicago, IL.

January 11, 2008: Jill gave a talk on girls and body image at a mom-daughter event at The Bookworm in Edwards, CO. The event was sponsored by The Samaritan Center of The Rockies and The Women's Foundation of Colorado.

Aug. 8, 2006: Jill gave a presentation at the Glade Scented Oil Light Show launch party in New York City! As an expert on teen girls, she talked to magazine editors about the issues teen girls face, and the importance of calming down skills.

April 7, 2005: Jill presented a workshop at the School Social Workers Association of America Conference in Chicago, IL.  Her workshop,  "If Everyone Thinks I Look Fine, Why Do I Feel So Fat?  Making Peace With Body Image," is based on Chapter One in "Dealing With The Stuff That Makes Life Tough''.

June 20, 2007: Jill gave a presentation, book signing, and discussion (for "Dealing With The Stuff") at the Young Women Aware program at Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Vermillion County, Danville, IL. Girls in the program and their families were at the event.
